Adishta Yogaswara
Graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta majoring in Economic and Business Law, and held Master Degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam majoring in Maritime and Transport Law. Before establishing AY Law, he was with another law firm for 5 years as a Senior Associate. He has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Natural Resources, Hotel and Property, E-Commerce and Fintech, as well as Dispute Settlement.
Mr. Adishta Yogaswara is a member of Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi).
Sonny S. Adnan
Graduated from Diploma Program majoring in Taxation and earned his degree in Social and Political Sciences in University of Indonesia in 2005. Prior to joining AY Law, he has 10 years of experience in tax dispute cases and represent several companies in Tax Court.
Mr. Sonny S. Adnan has license of Tax Consultant for Legal Tax Dispute.
Mohammad Fandrian Hadistianto
Graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta majoring in Private Law, and held Master Degree from Indonesian Christian University majoring in Constitutional Law. Before joining AY Law, he was with another law firm for 6 years as Senior Associate. He has extensive experience in Labor and Employment matters relating to.

Benedict Kevin
Graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta majoring in Economic and Business Law, and held Master Degree from Texas A&M University majoring in Business Administration. Before joining AY Law, he started his career in a Unicorn Startup Company for 6 years. He has extensive experience in General Corporate matters relating to Startup Company.

Osra Amiruddin
Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University majoring in Private Law in 1983. He started his career as “in house lawyer” in an investment bank and in 1999 started his own independent legal practice as a Legal Counselor. He has 30 years of extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisition, Initial Public Offering, Private Placement, Loan Syndication, Debt Restructuring, Money Market Transaction and Venture Capital.
Mr. Osra Amiruddin is a member of Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi).
